My place is located on the sandy creek arm of Lake Travis, across from Jones Brothers Park. You’ll love my place because of access to the lake, the views, the location. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Quietness of the lake, yet minutes from restaurants in Cedar Park. And a short drive to downtown Austin. I also have these listing on the same property, if you need more/less space. NOTE: The lake is VERY low right now (hoping for rain soon).

This unique home is nestled in the trees of Austin's Hill Country while overlooking the cliffs of Lake Travis. This newly remodeled home has window views that will make you feel as if you were living among the tree tops. The grounds show off huge limestone rocks and thoughtfully places trees. This is a beautiful 3 bedroom home (2,296 sq/ft) with breathtaking panoramic views of Austin, Lake Austin, and Mansfield Dam. I have a 1GB internet connection so it's great for working remotely. It is a very relaxing home with an absolutely amazing view!! The outdoor areas of the house are what really make it special. The house is 50 minutes to COTA and 30 minutes to Zilker Park (ACL) and downtown Austin. 7 minutes to Lakeway. 10 minutes to H‑E‑B.

This is our guest house located on the back of our Primary Residence. The home is across the street from the lake in a quirky neighborhood tucked near Lake Travis. Sunrise Casita gets its name from the obvious. The morning sun bathes it beginning at sunrise through mid-morning when the porch shade kicks in. It is a great start to any morning sitting on the porch drinking coffee watching the wild birds feed steps away. If you are an early bird, you may see our local deer family. This is our most popular rental. It offers a nice combination of outdoor living and cool, cozy, comfortable lodging.
